LetsHunt turns the job hunt on its head — instead of endless listings, it pairs ambitious people with a curated feed of roles matched to intent, skill and momentum. We owned it end to end: the thesis, the brand, the product and the platform underneath it.

The challenge

Job marketplaces drown users in noise and reward volume over fit. We wanted the opposite: a calm, high-signal experience where every match feels deliberate — and a supply side that trusts the quality enough to keep coming back.

Our approach

We built a matching engine around explicit intent signals, wrapped it in an editorial, confidence-building interface, and instrumented the loops that matter. A typed, observable stack keeps iteration fast and the marketplace balanced on both sides.
